I have a bunch of these and use them all the time. I use them for adding range of motion with Smith machine, belt squats, RDLs, Front foot elevated split squats, and even box squats with their added crash pad as a seat. While they are a bit cumbersome to move around, I think they are the best solution for gym with limited space. I don’t have room for a plyo box set or a separate box squat box. I will say they are quite pricey but still worth it to me for the flexibility they offer. The build quality leads me to believe they will last a lifetime.

The only reason i'm docking them so much on the value, is for the simple reason that you could very easily use wooden blocks or boards to accomplish the exact same thing, which we did for years prior to purchasing these. I also found them to be a tad on the pricy side when we bought them several years ago, but man they are handy, quick, and versatile over all sorts of other applications. Value's not great, but I'd still recommend them and buy them all over again. They're also quite tough against uneven cast plates, I worried that they might not hold up to that as we kinda love old and mismatched plates in our place but they've held up very well.

Used these before in a powerlifting gym I went to. They were nice for deficit deadlifts and block pull work. Much lighter and easier to move around than stall mats cut up or wooden boxes. I'd be interested to see their integrity with heavier weights on them

Great value for us as we picked up secondhand. These have all but eliminated the wagon wheel usage, and are a much better play “off the floor”. Not the most used piece in our gym but certainly a valuable one. Same idea could be accomplished with a wood build but at a higher weight and storage impact
