Great space saver for chest and back support exercises. Used it as a replacement to having an incline bench for years and attached on my spotter arms.

This has been a good addition, I use it primarily for bent over dumbbell rows. I do wish it was a little cheaper for what it is.

Excellent build quality, but expensive. I use it for a back support for tricep pushdowns and for chest supported rows attached to an upright until I get a stability pad.

This is the most under hyped piece of home gym equipment. I use it mainly on the front foot of my Dane 2.0 as a lat pull down seat to get good ROM on lat pull downs. It isn’t bulky, it’s light, easy to store, good material, can use it as a chest pad for chest supported rows, back pad for strict bis and tris, etc.

Another great product from Darko- attaches to spotter arms that you already have and boom, chest supported row. Then when you're done, it's super light and attaches anywhere on an upright so you can easily store it. There are several other exercises and uses for it as well that I'm planning on exploring. Excellent addition to my gym

Great space saver! Attach mine to surplus spotter safeties and able to do chest supported rows. Stores on rack without taking up a lot of space. Light weight and versatile. Can use as a seat or even for flys/presses. I think its better than taking up more storage for a big dedicated seat/cheat supported pad like the pegasus etc.

Great option for a lat seat or chest support pad. The pad and vinyl are really nice quality and mine has held up perfectly over the past few years. Highly recommend!

Very useful pad. I use it for chest-supported rows and cable rows, single arm preacher curls, leg extensions, standing leg curls, etc. Love that it doesn't take up space - I store it on my stabilizer bar on my REP PR-4000 to get it out of the way.

The fact that you can attach this anywhere on your rack is the main reason for me it earns a 5/5 rating. The padding is also very nice. Another fine piece by Darko.

Bought this mostly to use as a seat for pulldowns with the option to play with it for other things as well. Wanted to try this because I could mount it to a front foot extension to keep it really low to the ground and maximize my range of motion in my basement. Really nice piece, very well constructed! The pad itself is a bit smaller than the REP Pegasus which I was using before, but still big enough to be comfortable as a seat.
