TITAN Series Quick Release Roller J-Hooks

TITAN Series Quick Release Roller J-Hooks

Forget dragging your barbell across j-hooks, damaging your bar’s knurling, and scraping paint off your rack. With a combined rackable weight capacity of 1,000 LB, these roller j-hooks allow your bar to effortlessly glide on and off and side-to-side with heavy duty nylon rollers for easy centering and setup during heavy lifts. Equipped with a secure 24mm quick-release locking pop-pin, adjusting the height of your j-hooks has never been easier. Lock them in place with only half a turn and train with peace of mind, knowing your bar is rock-steady when it’s racked. Protective nylon liners on the backplate, lip, and frame reduces noise and wear on your barbell and rack while you lift. Made with premium steel and a self-centering groove to automatically line your bar up for easy lifting, this precision-engineered roller system is ideal for heavy lifters and anyone who prioritizes precision setup.

I have the older version with the screw pin. Overall decent roller jcups. They have a large front lip that’s a bit unnecessary, and the welds are a little ugly but hold fine. That said, I’ve upgraded to Bremmy rollers and use these as permanent duffalo j cups, which is a nice luxury and I’d recommend if you use a buffalo bar a lot.

They do what they claim to do, the rollers are getting eaten up by my Rogue Aggro bar's knurling, but I think most things that get that bar slammed into them will get eaten up eventually. Allows you to smoothly move the bar left and right, even under load. My one complaint about these is the tolerances. I'm putting a Titan roller on a Titan (T-3) rack, and one roller is so tight I struggle to get it on and off, and the other was so tight it just wouldn't go on the rack. I solved both issues with a snading belt and took off a layer of plastic, but still would expect the J-cups to fit on the rack given the price of them.

My first roller j cups. They seem to work as intended. The angled lip is kinda annoying but overall, they get the job done.
