Utility Seat

Bring a ton of versatility to your home gym with the Utility Seat. Attach it to multiple areas of your power rack like the crossmembers, uprights, Flip-Down Safeties, Spotter Arms, and ISO Arms. Create different exercises, such as leg presses, preacher curls, donkey kicks, box squats, box jumps, step-ups, stone loading, or even use it as a spotter platform. Add our Utility Seat Pad (sold separately) to perform prone exercises (like seal rows) comfortably. The seat is also compatible with the updated Band Pegs (sold separately) to allow for resistance band exercises or storage. The Utility Seat is heavy duty, weighing around 50lbs and made with 11-gauge steel. It has a capacity of 1,000lbs.

Picked this up for seal rows, box jumps, split squats, and….a seat. A bit heavy but not anything wild, we’re in the business of lifting heavy things after all. Not too cumbersome to move with the built in handles. The included adhesive strip to protect your barbells is junk, don’t waste your time applying, it will fall off. (As seen in photo) I also got the matching pad, and the holes don’t line up to bolt it in. Not sure if the issue is with the seat or the pad.

REP Fitness Utility Seat is a really solid piece of equipment but the down fall is that it is really heavy.

Nice but heavy. The padding adhesive for the bottom doesn’t want to stay.

I'm using this with a Rogue Monster rack and wanted this for a number of reasons, and since getting it it has over delivered. It fits bang centre so can replace the need for a flat bench. Ive since ordered another one to DIY a belt squat

This has been very useful for us. This is well made. One thing to keep in mind is that this is very heavy. We love using this for a few different exercises such as seal rows and my wife configured a way to use it to do reverse hypers using ares 2.0

Works great for strongman and other movements, such as sandbag loading, power stair, etc. The price isn't that great, but the utility is actually pretty high. It helps that it has 1" and 5/8" holes, so it's versatile there too.
