Yes4All Silencer Drop Crash Pads

I've had these for about 2 years now, picked them up on an amazon black friday clearance deal for around $60. I got them thinking I'd get into oly lifts. Turns out I do this about once a year until I realize I hate oly lifts, so these collect dust. They do work, do prevent noise, etc. I build a small wooden platform to put in between them so that it was even for DLs but I also have titan tiles which protect the floor just as well. Only thing I dont like about crash pads is they aren't the easiest to load and the do sink a bit when loaded.

These have held up well with multiple uses a week for the last six months. They don't have as much bounce as other pads I've used which is helpful to keep implements from getting away in the gym. One caveat, I bought them on sale and might considerlowering a star or two on value if I purchased at full price.

I have a pair of red silencer drop pads from Titan and a second pair from Yes4All. The Titan branded ones are noticeably stiffer and the zippers are higher quality. That being said it depends on what your needs are as to which are better since the Yes4All pads cost less. I'm patiently waiting for Abmat to release their thin silencer pads so these don't need to take up an entire corner of my gym.

I bought these 2nd hand for $50 and have never regretted it. I feel like I constantly find uses for them. They work for log and axle press, dumbbell press, atlas stone loading, keg loading, box squats. its just nice to have them when I need them. the zipper broke on one of them after about 6 months of constant use. a little duct tape fixed that.

These were way bigger and more substantial than I expected when I ordered online. Compared to others, they are inexpensive but in the grand scheme of things, it's still pricey for foam padding. That being said, they do their job extremely well and I would highly recommend them for those who use logs, etc. and don't want to worry about damaging their floors. Zero issues with mine and would highly recommend. Padding is stiff and the vinyl is surprisingly good quality.

Off brand pads. They do the job for me but haven't taken many hits other than a light circus dumbbell and 200 pound keg.

They do what I need them to do. I got them free with some weight plates I bought of FBM but I do agree with others that they are overpriced new for what they are.

Basic crash pad that gets the job done. Overpriced at regular price but often on sale.

Not sure if a fair review as these have only seen one year of use on 200 lbs or less. Axle oh drops, kegs, logs etc. But with that being said they’ve caught all that wonderfully for me and seem to be a great budget pad for what I needed. JenP.

Definitely not the best crash pads on the market. But they do the job just fine. I added Velcro to mine to secure them to my bells of steel pair of crash pads. They basically are just used to elevate the bells crash pads higher off the ground. I’ve seen basically no wear and tear because of that. If the cover ever ripped I would replace them with the bells of steel pad covers.
