The Bells of Steel sandbags do everything I want them to. The straps seem to be a sticking point for a lot of people. While they're not needed, I've found them helpful for moving or adjusting the bags when I don't want to do a full pick and they haven't taken away from my training.

These have held up well with multiple uses a week for the last six months. They don't have as much bounce as other pads I've used which is helpful to keep implements from getting away in the gym. One caveat, I bought them on sale and might considerlowering a star or two on value if I purchased at full price.

I won a set of Power Lock collars at the LHLE IV. They were used throughout the competition and budge while almost 50 competitors performed log clean and presses and max deadlifts. My favorite thing about them is their ability to adjust to almost any size bar including my DIY axle bar that is too small for any other collar I've tried.

Bowflex SelectTech dumbells serve their purpose for most movements, but leave a lot to be desired. They are oversized compared to standard dumbells of the same weight which often limits range of motion. The weight adjustments often jam or fail completely making it annoying to adjust at best and dangerous to lift overhead at worst.

I upgraded to the Nüo Bell 5-100 series from the Bowflex SelectThech 10-90s and have been very happy with the decision. The newer models have metal plates and while they still shouldn't be dropped, the seems sturdier than older models. The price is great for the weight range and it's very easy to adjust the weights quickly. The first weight plate in the rack is easy to knock over when putting the dumbbells back, but it's a minor inconvenience. One of my favorite qualities is the size. Many other adjustable dumbbells I've looked at are too bulky or shaped in a way that make using them ineffective. The Nüo Bells feel much more like a traditional dumbell.
