An absolute tank that can stand up to a lot of abuse. I don’t particularly like the grip pattern, and the inside weight shifts when you move it around, which messed with my shoulders during throws. I eventually replaced it because of those two issues.

Great slam ball. Not the biggest fan of the grip pattern but has nothing to do with how well the ball works it’s just a personal preference.

My son got a lot of use out of this slam ball and often added it to supersets. I can feel the vibrations in the house as I type this review, and it's been months since he actually has used it. It's a fair price, and it's held up very well.

Kids use them as Atlas stones when they're in the gym. I use them for golf specific, swing speed exercises. Good value and they work well, I would recommend them for sure.

Another quality slam ball. Almost identical to the titan slam ball so I would just go with whichever is the cheaper option.
