About the Gym

Barbell and rings, preeminently, but some minor conditioning and martial arts capacity as well. It's a partly unfinished basement sometimes mildly populated by spiders and potato bugs but with hardly ever any house centipedes racing around these days, though the odd millipede will sneak in on occasion.
