About the Gym

This gym is almost in its final form. I have been adding equipment for over a decade. We moved to our current location in 2023. I measured the ceiling height to make sure the squat rack would fit--it has millimeters of clearance. The gym has a squat rack, platform, good bars, more weight than anyone can lift, dumbbells, and various other odds and ends including chalk. Every good gym needs chalk.
