About the Gym

Garage gym being built with machines I know I will use every week. I started getting equipment I could afford around 2018 when I was getting tired of commercial gyms, then Covid messed everything up. I was mostly doing strength training and functional movements because I decided to go into the Fire Academy at the age of 42. My goals have moved now to more of a bodybuilding/general health focus and I also train some of my daughters...so needed to have equipment they are comfortable using. Garage became solely a gym in 2025. My youngest told me the gym was nice but boring. We are currently adding a Marvel theme to it. Neighbors strolling by will most likely be met with Red Hot Chili Peppers (14 yo's favorite group), Metallica, GnR, Disturbed....and to throw a wrench into it....lots of Christian music (regular, metal, rap, etc).
