This is a gym where we fight to stave off pencil-necrosis by horse, heft, and heaving big loads. My training style is a lot of strength training with a good amount of sprinting, plyometrics, and conditioning. I dabble in olympic lifts and kettlebells because it’s fun (which is what training should be!) I started my gym in 2013 with a cheap barbell, crumb bumpers, a kettlebell, and pull up bar. This gym is on its 7th iteration after multiple moves and has been refined over the years. It’s a place where I can train hard, get my mind right, and set an example for my kids.
