About the Gym

4th or 5th iteration of the gym. Started in a shed in a small town when the only available public gym was the high school and hours were 3am-7am or 7pm-11pm. So I drove to Colorado and snagged a thousand plus pounds of marketplace iron and swung by Rep HQ when you could buy directly there. The Gyms moved multiple times to different towns. Equipment has come and gone. It’s sat and collected dust for months and even years at a time and it’s also been beat on and drenched in sweat daily for years straight. It’s currently getting a small makeover(pics to come) and hopefully upgrading some pieces and adding some new. My wife and I have been on a weight loss journey since having kids has come to an end. But it’s time to turn focus from the long cut to getting stronger. And hopefully more active in here and on the discord.
