FM-HR Functional Trainer
A small gym for an old man with bad joints. Space is allocated for general fitness but especially for concentrating on areas of previous weakness and injury: knees, shoulders, and upper back. I have been working out for a few years and transitioned to this space at the beginning of 2026. The gym is located in an upstairs bedroom (and spills into an adjacent play room) so not only is floor space limited, so is wall space and ceiling height. These factors led to the equipment choices. The space can still be used as a guest room and retains its original decor.
