About the Gym

The Rusty Plate is a family gym where everyone is welcome. The equipment list is growing as the training and interests change. Canadian Gym Fact: when TSC closed in Canada, we were forced to trade Beer for stall mats, true story. The name for the gym came from one old rusty plate that was found half buried in a barn. It now proudly hangs on the wall as a testament to "Farm Strength".
