About the Gym

My home gym journey started out with rusty old bar and weights that I bought from a buddy in 2023. It went from a covered patio in my side yard, to about a third of the garage. After some intense negotiations with the missus, I got about 90% of the garage. The equipment is a kind of disjointed mish-mash because I bought stuff before having a solid plan and blueprint. I also have to have my work desk and a little office junk in there because I had to cede the home office as part of the negotiations with the wife. But, its become a great place to get strong, and I love it!
