Overall it’s a decent piece of equipment with solid build quality and a small footprint, which is great for a home gym. That said, I don’t use it as often as I thought I would. Since the dumbbell isn’t held separately from your foot, switching sides or resting between sets feels awkward and slows things down. It’s also a bit unstable for leg curls and extensions, which could be a positive or negative depending on what you’re looking for. Overall, it’s well‑made and compact, but the usability keeps it from being a regular part of my routine.
