Perfect if you want a true competition set up for your training however they are pricey and I can confidently say in owning these at our commercial gym do 5+ years they don’t get used much at all. I prefer normal collars myself.
My absolute favorite collars to use! Easy to get on and off but they lock in and don’t allow plates to move at all even with multiple reps on deadlifts.
Not my favorite collars to use because they fit super tight. I guess that’s a pro and con because the plates definitely aren’t going anywhere, just a little inconvenient to put on and off.
Not a bad bar for the price but if you are lifting 600+ on it I would go with a more quality bar. After a few 600+ pulls on it, it warped. That being said if you’re keeping it under 600 I would say it’s a decent buy.
