Works great for leg extension... not so much for leg curl. It is uncomfortable on the quads. For under 150, it's a great value.

Used it quite a bit at my local gym. Felt really smooth, but the range of motion is not that great.

Amazing bar, that's wildly available. The one star I remove for the build quality is for the sound the sleeves make. Nothing abnormal, but not 5*
