Used a ton at ATP gym. The stacks can be on the lighter side depending on what you're doing, but it was super smooth and built to last. I saw it getting used constantly one person after another

Of of the best smith machines out there. Vertical smith machines are always better in my opinion versus the slanted 15 degree ones to allow for a more natural movement. This particular machine is super smooth and built to last

This machine has probably one of the best setups that combines a reverse hyper and GHR on the same machine. Most machines that do this have a pad that more closely resembles a reverse hyper, which makes GHR's really difficult and more like a Nordic curl. The curved pads of most GHR's allow for more adjustability where your knees go which mean you can do more or less reps depending on how far up or back your knees are on the pad. This machine has combined the flat pad for the reverse hyper, and the curved it where your knees go for GHR's.

Works great for single arm tricep work or whatever you need it for. I prefer this much more than a standard double rope because those sometimes slide inside the collar and get uneven

I won't dock any points since I haven't used them, but by looking at these I think they might benefit from a smaller lip near the roller, or more space in general inside the "racking" area. They would be fine for bench, but I think using them for squats with a squat bar is gonna cause that bar to barely fit inside of it. There just does not seem like there's a lot of space to play with, and you couple that with the fact they'll be used by people with near max weights walking a squat in that they didn't walk out with, to me just seems like could be a recipe for disaster. With that being said, these are easily the best looking monolift roller arms I've ever seen and I absolutely would still buy a pair

Not bad for home gym use if you don't want real dumbells or adjustable ones, but you better have a ton of 10 or 5lb plates for them to have the same feel as real dumbells and not limit your ranges of motion

Really nice grip positioning, and a little wider than most neutral grip bars plus the camber which you don't see fairly often. The swivel attachment on it is a nice touch too

Standard hex dumbells that are just about the same as everyone else makes, except they improved these and made the grips much better by having them the same size and fully knurled
