I've been powerlifting since I was 16 years old (33 now) and at one point was halfway decent at a competitive level before all of the injuries started piling up. I've trained at some of the best powerlifting and bodybuilding gyms in my life and have had exposure to a lot of different equipment. My wife and I recently moved to Massachusetts from Arizona and began our home gym journey, where our goal has been to make it one of the best powerlifting home gyms in the world.

Great way to sort your change plates better on the vertical weight tree and save time loading and unloading

Priced very well, and they actually have pretty heavy increments. Other than that nothing special or different about them compared to other brands

I've never degraded myself to ever use one of these on a squat, but I wont feel bad about using one for hip thrusts or whatever other use for it I can find

Really nice movement plane on this. Only downside is the weight stack isn't very heavy

Generic hex dumbells that everyone sells. They get far too large the heavier they get, and the handles generally aren't good and don't have knurling across the whole handle
