This machine is a true incline fly, whereas other popular ones are still on an incline bench, but the strength curve is angled as well so it just becomes a regular "flat" fly, but just on an incline bench. I was on a deload while using this so didn't pile a ton of weight on it. It wasn't my favorite machine ever, but wasn't the worst one either. The handles are probably a bit longer than they need to be which makes it awkward letting them go if anyone is near you, since they fall to the sides.

If you're a powerlifter I'd just skip this bench all together if you can. The tilting design is a bit of a novelty where it assists you unracking it, but the bench itself is much lower to the ground than a standard competition bench, and the pad is extremely "spongey". I was warming up with the bar and could feel myself sinking into the bench with each rep. I packed up my stuff and moved onto a different bench setup

The gym I was at on vacation recently only exclusively had Atlantis, so I got to sample a bunch of their equipment. I did like this machine, but im definitely more biased towards the hammer strength iso row. The strength curve was great, I just wished the had more variation with the handles like the Hammer Strength version. I personally prefer the vertical grip to be out much further instead of more midline, but overall it was a good machine, just too expensive new for a home gym

I think they definitely were going for the Hamtractor look here with this very tilted back seat angle. I honestly liked the machine a lot, it gave a great stretch at end range, the stack was plenty heavy enough, and the adjustability was good. Very well built but again very expensive because it's a big name brand, but obviously not as expensive as a Hamtractor

Used this at a gym on vacation. I was using this with the intention of biasing the adductors more instead of using a traditional leg press, and it did the job decently well. The strength curve was kind of interesting, where it felt hard mostly at lockout and in the hole. I've used the Iron Hip press in the past and liked that one much more. The machine is built well, but super expensive because it's Atlantis.

Used this on vacation recently and the entire gym was Atlantis equipment. I've used many different brands of these adductor/abductor machines as a powerlifter, and this one kinda missed the mark. Due to people having different leg lengths, I dont think the bottom seat pad was long enough. When I put my legs into position on the bottom part and then adjusted the seat back to have a proper angle, it felt like I was barely sitting on the seat. Not the best machine for them, but not the worst and it still got the job done

Quite the rigorous process to achieve this, but it meant a lot to me to become double certified

Used this a bunch at a bodybuilding gym in AZ. Weight stack is plenty heavy, cables are super smooth, and moving the height up and down is super smooth. Would have put it in mg home gym had the height worked out with my ceiling height
