Pretty standard pushdown bar with the addition of rubber added. The bar itself can still feel painful on the outside of your hands if you go heavy with it

Generic hex dumbells that everyone sells. They get far too large the heavier they get, and the handles generally aren't good and don't have knurling across the whole handle

Same generic hex dumbell that everyone sells. The knurling and handles aren't great and they get way too big the heavier they get. Fine for beginners

With Kettlebells the only real difference between different brands are the finish (for grip) and the engravings/weight increments they are made in. Other than that they are solid metal and all roughly shaped the same. The price on these are fair and they go up to 88lbs

With Kettlebells the only real difference between different brands are the finish (for grip) and the engravings/weight increments they are made in. Other than that they are solid metal and all roughly shaped the same. That being said the finish on these is much more slick than Rogue's other kettlebells which can make gripping it more difficult

With Kettlebells the only real difference between different brands are the finish (for grip) and the engravings/weight increments they are made in. Other than that they are solid metal and all roughly shaped the same. These work fine but priced a bit higher than most, and they at least come in very heavy increments
