Used it for about 3 sets at a commercial gym on vacation that exclusively had Atlantis equipment. The bottom seat pad was quite wobbly, and for how expensive Atlantis is id hope that would be the of its problems

As close as you'll get to the Cybex Squat Press. You'll need a ton of plates for this if you're decently strong. I've used the Cybex much more since my last gym I went to most frequently had it. The Cybex still just feels better and it's hard to figure out exactly why

Cool idea, but I think they kinda missed the mark here. I would've liked to see a little more adjustability with the pad and the angles for it. I couldn't get the greatest stretch when I used it. I tried it for a set or two then moved on to a hammer strength piece.

Can't imagine anyone buying these for a home gym unless it was a FBMP deal or something. They have a nice quality feel to them but they're very thick and not standard plate height. They're fine for using on plate loaded machines but wouldn't be good for deadlifts. Also probably pretty expensive because it's Hammer Strength

Wasn't a huge fan of this platform. Used it at a local gym for a few months. Its definitely made more for olympic lifting. The wood floor was slippery, and where the rubber meets the wood, there's a lip which is uneven and raised up, which means sumo deadlifts are out of the question because your toes would be elevated. The rubber part also had a bit of a bounce to it as well

One of the best curl machine's out there. Having your elbows up higher than your shoulders really allows you to work the bicep better and at aan angle you can't replicate with anything else. Helps work the peak of the bicep. The stack isn't too terribly heavy though, just going up to 100lbs with 5lb increments you can add as well. I was going lighter on the day I used it and was doing 50lbs for easy sets of 12. To me doing one arm at a time felt best because I don't have the greatest shoulder mobility

Probably one of the better back extensions out there if you're looking to do things with added weight. It's plenty high off the ground with a bunch of adjustability so you can hold a barbell in your hands like a deadlift and get a good range of motion

I know it's a cheap amazon purchase, but I have their standard non fat grip version of this and it sucks. The handles are supposed to rotate as you row, and it does not move freely at all, like its all bound up together
