Really well thought out piece of equipment, but it's just a lot of money to spend on your rear delts. This would be great in a well funded, large bodybuilding gym, but probably not great to own for most people

Really nice and simple shoulder press machine. Harder to find now, but I also know these machines are plate eaters as well.

I wish I had gym radar a while ago and knew about this before buying my rogue plate too. I like that the change plate posts at the top are much smaller, and the plethora of 1in holes. I have a chalk bowl mounted off the side of my Rogue weight tree, and would have wanted their rack mounted chalk bowl, but they only offered it in 1in hole spacings, and of course the extra holes in the Rogue tree are 5/8in holes. So I ended up getting the Titan chalk bowl for it which isnt as nice. Lomg story short this weight tree looks very versatile and well built. Significantly more expensive though but you get what you pay for

Used this ages ago. Super sturdy and doesn't give any feeling that it will tip over, and has a good amount of adjustability

Got these for my wife in case anyone couldn't tell. She wanted some extra options between the 5lb dumbell jumps we have. Im impressed by their finishing and how the knurling hasn't taken off any of it. Great idea overall and could be a great option for those who have dumbells in only 10lb increments

Have used a bunch in commercial gym. Quality and knurling is good but mild, and they're obviously more convenient than loading your own bars. Expensive because it's Hammer Strength. Not very practical for a home gym unless you have a ton of space

One of my favorite machine's from Hammer Strength. The stretch you can get from the machine in the bottom is quite intense, which can make it a bit hard starting your set on the first rep, but some yoga blocks can help with the unracking portion.

Some of the best quality bands you'll find out there. Have used them daily for about 4-5 months now with zero signs of wear
