Great machine with a thin footprint, and a pad that gets more slim around your upper body which allows the shoulders to pull forward more for a better stretch in your lats. I would like to see more grip options on it for the price though

Really like that this machine is actually a true incline fly. Many of the other similar machines like this out today like arsenal and hmer strength are still considered "regular" fly machines because of the angle your arms are at during the movement. This piece actually has your arms go above your upper chest

Really awesome, but expensive, preacher curl machine. Love that it's such a small footprint as well

Really nice piece, and I love that you can seperate it so each arm moves independently. I do wish there were more grip options and wish it was a little taller so you wouldn't be pushing forward as much

Used this a lot at Muscle Factory gym in Tempe, AZ. Great machine that is designed much better than much newer machines. The foot placement is much more comfortable and natural. Easy to adjust and not a massive footprint

Used in a commercial gym recently with a full Matrix line. I typically do my leg extensions with a single leg to keep any imbalances at bay, so the stack was plenty heavy for that. The range of motion could have been a bit better, which was inhibited a bit by the edge of the pad which goes under your knees. You ideally want that as close as you can comfortably get to the crease of the back of your leg or else it gets pretty rough on the patella tendon

Used in a commercial gym recently that had a full Matrix line. Worked as good as any other commercial seated leg curl. I'd like to see the seat angle be tipped back slightly more and for there to be more of a stretch at the top

Used this quite a bit in a commercial gym while rehabbing from double hip surgeries. Worked as good as any other hip machine I've used, nothing good or bad about it
