Wasn't a huge fan of these. I think the exercises they were designed to replicate in a home gym setting or gym without those machines, can still be done better by other exercises. Any pressing or rowing movement I'd rather just go use dumbells or something versus set all this up

Great collars, nearly indestructible. Liked them much better than Rogue's HG collars

Old gym had one and it was not awesome. The pads were heavy and a pain to change in and out, especially when most people use this type of machine immediately after squats or deadlifts are are smoked to begin with. I also remember the metal edges being kinda sharp and pinching you from time to time

Used a very similar piece in the past and it was awesome. It allows you to change your hand position or even use different figures if you'd like

Its good for some forearm stuff or if you have a patient friend to help you with other areas. I've found I can do just as much damage with a lacrosse ball, a wall, and a good TV show

Old gym had some. Fun little thing to mess around with and see how good your grip is. Wouldn't mind some for the home gym but never see them for sale

Really a well thought out idea. These plus some mono-hooks and you're as close to a mono as you can get minus the racking part

My old gym had them on display. They're just Rogue deep dish plates with Arnold's logo on it. Im sure they'll be very valuable to the vintage plate collectors 50 years from now
