Average rubber hex dumbells that you can find just about anywhere. The knurling obviously doesnt go over the full handle, and the get outrageously large the heavier the get

Used a bunch at ATP gym. A little shaky like mentioned, but the higher up leg position can tend to turn it more into a crunch movement rather than a situp. Not huge deal but depends what you're trying to work

Holds up well being a bigger guy, works as it should and was cheap

A cheap awesome addition to make the functional trainer even better. No more worrying about attachments being backwards and having to remove it to switch it

Had been looking to get one of these for a while and this was a good cheap option, and they even included a collar. I wished it was a bit wider but it was pretty cheap

These days I hardly box squat anymore, let alone to a foam pad, but back in the day I used this a lot. It held up nice and was pretty comfy between sets. Much better that the old ghetto westside way of bare couch cushions lol

I personally enjoy these much more than the cloth safeties. I know they're a pain for commercial gyms sometimes because I think they're a great training tool for pin presses and other things if used correctly
