I dont think this rack is a decent concept. Its an open face race, but then theres a bunch of open void space between the front posts and the back. You cant attach the J cups or spots to the back posts, so it just seems like wasted space, especially with the front legs that extend outwards

A piece of PVC pipe that is about as thick as a barbell and 7ft long. I attach it in a power rack with bands about the same height off the ground as a loaded barbell is. It allows me to practice the slack pull of a deadlift and teaching myself the pre tension with the legs

These types of attachments are usually just fine off of amazon. Fancier isn't always better here and the quality is just fine

These work okay. I personally like the circular snap on collars better that work on axle's, and I find those fit much tighter
