This is like the Walmart brand of SSB's these days. The camber doesn't feel good and the neck pad is too small

A commercial gym I trained at recently had this. Probably a decent option for the elderly members that used it the most, but not a good option for any semi serious lifter. There's much better exercises out there for your lower back

Definitely more of a commercial gym piece of equipment, these would take up way too much space in a home gym versus just loading your own bar. However these are very nice and convenient for doing fast drop sets

Works okay, there's much better options out there for more money that are smoother

I seldomly use these bars, but used this at my old gym and you would never know it was an amazon purchase

They work great on axles and specialty bars like an SSB or cambered bar

The only purpose these serve in my gym is holding my EliteFTS band pegs in place on my monolift and rack. Spring clips usually suck but these works okay for that purpose. Only annoying thing is having to rotate them a certain way so it doesn't catch onto the bands

Used this at ATP gym a ton and really enjoyed it. Old school machines always seem to be better. Stack was plenty heavy enough
