Another good alternative for chest besides barbell flat bench. I still prefer their seated versions much for for specificity.
Side note, this machine primarily helped me fully recover my bench from a thoracic outlet/disk injury in my upper back when my pec,tricep, and lat all were basically turned off and atrophied away. I would prop one side up on blocks so it was about mid range, and I would do isometric presses with a weight I couldn't budge. I slowly was able to regain muscle control again doing this
