Another good alternative for chest besides barbell flat bench. I still prefer their seated versions much for for specificity. Side note, this machine primarily helped me fully recover my bench from a thoracic outlet/disk injury in my upper back when my pec,tricep, and lat all were basically turned off and atrophied away. I would prop one side up on blocks so it was about mid range, and I would do isometric presses with a weight I couldn't budge. I slowly was able to regain muscle control again doing this

Incredibly humbling bar. My old gym had one and it was very challenging for grip

Pretty standard neutral grip bar, built well but more expensive than EliteFTS's bar which has an additional set of grips on it

Not a bad bar but it's pretty small for larger people. If given the choice I'd just use a full size neutral grip bar for the same movement's intended for this

Surprisingly well built. I may add some grip tape to it to make it even better, but its great for goblet squats, single leg work, etc
