Not a bad little find for cheap on amazon. No complaints with it so far

I honesty think they just took a finished chrome bar and painted it black right over the knurling. It has like no knurling at all. It still works obviously but you either need straps or a stronger grip

Much better than stall mats when professionally done. I got black to match everything better and it does show dirt easier but I don't mind cleaning it. I was worried about it being only 8mm thick but it's held up just fine

It's a good height for low box squats, pushups, whatever you'd like. Nothing special or fancy about it but good for an amazon purchase

Surprisingly not bad, I got these (or an exact replica) with my lat pulldown machine. Gets the job done but can't speak to durability over time with the rubber, as I don't particularly use this style attachment a lot

I was able to mount it to the side of my Rogue vertical weight tree and eliminate my rogue standing chalk bowl to save even more floor space. It did have some very small dents in the bowl but it will be covered by chalk anyways so I dont care. It came with a long or short set of 5/8 bolts which was nice

Works pretty well and like the fact you can attach it at the sides for 2 cables inside a functional trainer

My wife uses it more than me and enjoys it. It isn't quite firm enough for me
