Very common commercial gym dumbells. The hex type pattern is nice so they dont roll around, but it has enough straight sides on it that you can still roll them if you need to. Expensive but great quality

Decent enough cheap plates I used regularly in a commercial gym. They get the job done and the handle on them in convenient, but I question if any of them weigh 45 on the dot

Definitely one of the smoother pec deck's I've used. The arms connect above you above or not to far in front of the body which is great, which prevents shoulder rounding and arching forward as you bring your hands together

Probably one of the better platforms I've used with a wood finish. It wasn't slippery like most and could actually get my footing. Don't think I'd ever buy one because I prefer all rubber and hammer strength is overpriced

Great option for doing single leg work without the dumbells, or RDL's

Im not usually a fan of pin loaded chest press machines, but I always enjoyed this chest press towards the end of my workouts. A good neutral grip and 20 reps sets was perfect with this machine

I like them, and like having the option to adjust it based on what bars or shoes im wearing when my settings change on the mono. Still figuring out what to do with the extra chain that hangs though
