Decent option if the assault bike was in use. I heavily relied on these bikes after 2 hip surgery's last summer. This bike isn't as easy to just hop onto and start working with because of the software

Definitely heavy duty and well built. Great option for leg raises if you don't feel like hanging from ab straps, or another variation for dips or pullups

Its a beautiful looking bar and the gold is an awesome touch, but its too close of a grip for most people in my opinion. I'd be more comfortable using a full size Swiss bar

Tried for a while to locate these in a local store but they are extremely difficult to find with the correct weight and size, even at a marine store. Ended up just ordering some and saving a bunch of time

Works as intended, not sure how long the rubber will hold up, but I seldomly use this piece to begin with

Used these a fair amount at ATP gym. Obviously not ideal for a home gym setting unless you have the space, but they're definitely great for supersetting and not having to worry about changing weights between sets

Surprisingly not bad, I got these (or an exact replica) with my lat pulldown machine. Gets the job done but can't speak to durability over time with the rubber, as I don't particularly use this style attachment a lot
