Great for physical therapy work. I get a lot of use out of it for working the lower back stabilizers and core. Definitely not a product yourself gonna use for any bodybuilding or powerlifting purposes, and will probably require some degree of exercise knowledge to use it most effectively

Same hex dumbells as everyone else. They get far too big the heavier they get and the handles generally aren't great and don't habe knurling in the whole handle

Definitely a bit more stiff than other yoga blocks. My wife had gotten them and I use the from time to time for some PT stuff

ATP gym had this and I rarely saw it used for counting lol. Was a nice handy idea but less mature individuals used it for jokes and drawing phallic objects

In my opinion this is a better and cheaper alternative to Arsenal's shoulder press. More adjustability, and a smaller footprint as well
