In the beginning they advertised this as a rackable curl bar, so I bought it and of course it was far too short to be rackable. Feels a bit better than the curl bar the fairy sends you when you start a home gym but not much more.
I believe these are discontinued now but if you find them used, get them. These are great. I only have the change plates now but love how slim they are. They have some sort of grippy pattern on the face, making them fairly easy to grab. I've had them for a few years and the rubber has held up.
I have an older version of this bench so maybe it's improved, but not a fan. There's a sweet spot for the weight of a bench but this is too light and unstable for pressing. I've gotten by with using it since it's being used only once a week but every time I use it I remind myself that I should upgrade. This was the best value buy a few years ago and probably still is.
I've had a handful of belt squat belts, some have come with the machine(s) and some I've bought individually. This is the best one by far. Build quality and the way this belt feels is far superior.
