Ive had this for several years now - still works great. One of the better belt squat belt because it wont dig into you at all. They do offer sales so look for those. A few of the rings have started to wear but I guess thats expected after lots of use.

Big fan of this belt. Comfortable and well built with lots of attachment options. I have found the padding a bit lacking when doing wide stance belt squats though, and have gotten mild bruising. I’m not sure if another brand would fix this though

This is the only belt squat belt I’ve ever personally owned but it’s a much better alternative to some of the others on the market that I’ve used in a commercial setting. It takes discomfort out of the equation and allows you to focus on the movement. I’d say the investment is worthwhile long-term when you’re talking about spending slightly more for something that will last just about as long as you’ll need it.

First piece I've bought based solely on Gym Radar, and it doesn't disappoint. I've never cared for the stock belt Rogue provides with the Rhino, but man this Spud Pillow is MUCH more comfortable, and it keeps the upper thighs scuff-free, which is important for upcoming bikini/silkie season. Only very mild wish would be more larger and robust loops, as I question how well the small nylon-only loops will hold up, but the initial comfort improvement alone is more than worth that slight worry.

I've had a handful of belt squat belts, some have come with the machine(s) and some I've bought individually. This is the best one by far. Build quality and the way this belt feels is far superior.

Great upgrade for belt squats compared to what Rogue includes with their Rhino. Fits short/smaller people better and doesn’t dig into your hips.

After running through a few Belts for Belt squat I ordered this on a recommendation from a friend. Super glad I did because it fits me perfectly and is uber comfortable. I also looked at the BPF Cloud 9 but that was just ridiculously too big. The Spud Pillow belt doesn’t dig into hips or thighs and its design just works perfectly (for me). It’s a good value as well. I’ve only had it about 5 months so I can’t speak to its durability, but if it’s like other Spud gear, it should last and last and last.

One of the few belts that is small enough for young athletes, which is great for training kids with shoulder injuries. It still had hot spots for skinny kids, so I ultimately added the AbMat pad to the belt. Definitely padded adequately for adult users, though.

Perfect belt squat belt with plenty of padding so it doesn’t irritate the hips when doing belt squats. Also use it for backwards sled walks
