Almost any clip is better then this style. Spring clips are out dated and not optimal

Not a fan, would much prefer some kilo change plates over these ninja star looking plates.

Please save your money and get a better ssb, this will not feel anything like a more quality safety squat bar

Not great quality, not great clamping force . Hg collars are much better
