Cheap doesn't feel sturdy, not very well built. I would personally go with something more expensive and better quality

Almost any clip is better then this style. Spring clips are out dated and not optimal

Not a fan, would much prefer some kilo change plates over these ninja star looking plates.

Please save your money and get a better ssb, this will not feel anything like a more quality safety squat bar

Have had this floss from rogue for about 5 years still works and as held up well
