Everyone got one of these after seeing that awesome picture of Arnold using it. All though it is a great tool I would argue it's more of a fad then something anyone really needs to get results as there are so many other bicep curl variations that work just as good or better

Works as it should, simple design to build or rehab your forearms. Sometimes simple is better

Great dumbbells to load 1" standard plates on to. They will work and get you gains and at a more then fair press. Just nothing flashy about them

Great back extension, strong and robust like everything from hammer strength, I know they use the adjustable system they do because it's less likely to break and have issues but I much prefer the pin pull type adjustment system myself

A great mid grade commercial treadmill, holds up well in commercial environment, has repair parts available and techs available if you have any issues

Used this a lot starting out and added a few hundred pounds with not issues. Great well made piece
