Hopefully everyone knows this is basically a gag gift by now ? No way to increase difficulty, no way to progressively overload.... Aka it doesn't work

Not a big fan of assisted pull-ups as they almost never transfer over into anyone getting a real pull-up, but as assisted pull-ups go. This one is one of my favorites.

Had one of these when I was a trainer at mountain side fitness, it felt good and the angle was a nice change but it wasn't versatile at all, it was only good for this one very specific movement, I can't even justify the space in a commercial 11k sqft building

Had these in my room as a kid. Did the job but wouldn't have something like this in my gym now
