Kegs seem to be essential to strongman training and can really be a versatile training tool for any level of strongman. We have six kegs in our gym ranging from 250lbs all the way down to one we left empty for our youngest daughter to hoist. A tip for filling them on your own without an extra set of hands, cut the bottom out of a gallon milk/water jug and use it as a funnel to pour the sand in.
