For a pair of *budget* safety spotter arms, as good as it gets. The ends are bare metal, I fixed it with some felt tape. The flip-down flanges aren't identical (one is off by like 1/16th) but easy to fix with some gorilla tape. ****NOTE the length of the arms is 17.5 in away from the rack, which leaves me little room to drop the bar when doing incline presses (but maybe it depends on my rack's hole spacing). I would ideally get longer ones, but then the cost starts going crazy high. This is the best budget pick: it's cheap and gets the job done.

***Do not buy if you don't already do a lot of dumbbell presses.*** When it comes to use, these are about as useful as a deadlift jack in that they solve a minor but very annoying problem. The hard part of a dumbbell press shouldn't be setting up, so these offer an alternative set up where you can start right at the top. It takes some getting used to and the awkward part is lining them up perfectly so that you can lift them off the rack while still pressing directly overhead and not hitting the hooks on your bar... but overall if you dumbbell press a lot, I'd say it's worth it.

You don't need them all, but you definitely need the "2-7/8 Reach Slotted Pegboard Hooks" from Wall Control. And buy a generic pegboard peg collection of different hooks for cheap on Amazon, save you some money.

These work on any 2x2 rack, as shown on a Mikolo F4 Power Cage. I've dropped hundreds of pounds on them and can set the diagonally to roll the bar away from me. This is the kind of stuff that rigging straps are made of to transport tons of lumber and construction materials so there's no fear of anything breaking.

This bike uses a manual knob to push a brake on the wheel, and that is the resistance you set on your own. You are in charge of how much you work out. The only downside is that you have to go entirely based off of feel, there's not really a way to know what setting you're on if you change it up daily.
