These Rogue LB Competition Plates look great and feel very well built. I use them daily, and for the amount of use and abuse they get, the signs of wear are well below average. Some of the paint on the letters is starting to come off, but honestly, who cares? These plates aren’t meant to sit on a mantle — they’re meant to be dropped. Overall, they’re great plates that should last a long time. If you’re looking for solid, good-looking competition plates that can handle real training, these are a strong choice.

These Rogue LB change plates are pretty much what you’d expect from a standard change plate set. I can’t really say whether they’re any better than my old Amazon specials — they feel pretty similar in use. The main difference is that they say “Rogue” on them… and I definitely paid for that branding. They get the job done just fine for small weight adjustments, with no major complaints. If you want basic, reliable change plates and don’t mind the Rogue name (and price), these will work. Nothing groundbreaking, but solid enough.

I picked up just the 10 lb Savage bumper plates because competition-style bumpers usually don’t come in a 10 lb size. The price was right and I really like the way they look. Like most 10 lb plates, they still taco a little when dropped. It’s noticeable but nothing terrible or excessive. They’ve held up fine so far and do the job without any major issues. Overall, these are good plates for the money. If you need light bumpers to round out your set, these are a solid, affordable option.

I watched Joe Gray’s review of these before buying, and he’s usually pretty straight-forward and honest. After using them on most of my cable lateral movements, I agree with a lot of what he said. These cuffs are easy to put on and take off. The rope design is smart — they don’t tighten up or dig in as you go through your sets. That makes them comfortable even during higher-rep lateral raises or rear delt work. My only real complaint is that the overall length feels a bit long. A shorter option would be nicer for some movements. Overall, they’ve become my go-to for cable laterals and similar exercises. Solid design that does exactly what it’s supposed to do without the usual annoyances.

Rogue really nailed this one. The Rotating V-Grip Cable Attachment is excellent, and I was glad to see they kept the price reasonable instead of going overboard. This bar shines for tricep movements — it feels comfortable and gives a smooth, natural path that works well for pushdowns and extensions. The rotating grip is a nice touch that reduces wrist strain. I also enjoy seeing the creative ways other people are using it beyond triceps. It’s surprisingly versatile for different cable exercises. Overall, it’s a well-designed attachment that delivers where it counts without the typical Rogue premium markup. Definitely a solid addition to any cable setup.

I picked up the F and F Quick Load Pulley with the aluminum upgrade. The build quality is excellent — it feels high-end and very smooth. That said, I don’t use it much because of its size. At right around 6 inches long, it’s bulkier than I expected. I really don’t get the hype around it. A standard climber’s pulley is more convenient, more compact, and delivers the same smooth performance. The quality is definitely there, but for my setup and needs, the extra size makes it less practical than simpler options. Overall, it’s a well-made piece, but I’d probably skip it next time in favor of something smaller.

The Porter Rev Bar feels very different from most other cable attachments out there. It’s basically a flat bar combined with rotating fat grips, and it gives a unique feel to normal cable movements like rows, curls, and push-downs . I really like how it changes the stimulus compared to standard handles or straight bars. The rotating grips make it more joint-friendly and add variety to my training. The only downside for me is the weight — it’s noticeably heavier than most attachments. That’s not a deal-breaker though; I actually don’t mind the extra heft. Overall, it’s a cool, well-designed piece that brings something fresh to cable work. If you’re looking for new ways to hit your arms, back, or shoulders, this bar is worth trying.

These Porter Eclipse Handles are easily my favorite attachments right now. Matthew did a great job designing them. Most other handles on the market are either too long or have an uncomfortable base. These fit me perfectly — just the right size and shape for my hands. The knurling is on the medium-light side. Some people might want a bit more aggressive grip, but I think it’s spot-on and very comfortable for longer sets. Overall, they’ve become my go-to handles for Delt moves, kickbacks, and many other cable movement. If you’re looking for comfortable, well-thought-out cable attachments that don’t feel oversized, these are worth checking out.
