An exceptional piece but for me better as a high row option than a true lat pulldown. I struggled to really get underneath it to make the pulldown truly vertical. For lat engagement unilateral is definitely better. The seat has so many adjustments which makes the piece so versatile you can hit a lot of different angles but not my favorite overall

This is by far the best pec deck in existence. The ability to adjust the strength curves on this particular movement provides unmatched customization and feel throughout the movement. Using this for rear delts I have never gotten a better feel or connection on any rear delt movement. A true 10/10 and a must for any legitimate commercial space.

I love how I was able to customize it to make it a 1/1 rack. They laser cut whatever you want into the uprights and do a great job. TSS combo racks have been a staple in powerlifting for a while and they aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. Best bench pad in the game. I love mine, but added UHMW to make it better; loss of one star on performance because I had to add my own.

The prettiest plates on the market IMO. Hard to beat the accuracy on these as each one is guaranteed to be within 2% and over 45 lbs.they will replace any weight that is 44.9 and they will ask no questions about replacing them. I have both these and strength co plates and these are my favorite made in America plate.
