One of my favorite pieces. Could’ve gotten a much cheaper trap bar but this piece gets a ton of use and its super convenient to use and change/load plates. There were several different options for grips, i went with the narrow option based off of other reviews i saw. I definitely recommend the narrow, it doesnt feel narrow it feels perfect. I think the normal grip would be too wide. I’m 6’2, 190lbs

Having done hundreds of hours of yoga on several different mats I can say this mat has insane value for its price. Lululemon mats are comparable quality but are sold for over $100

Not the most space efficient dumbbell rack but it’s very sleek and gives my home gym a premium feel especially when paired with urethane Dumbbells.

Wanted a legit adjustable bench for my home gym. I hate when i would go to a commercial gym and the benches are either fixed flat, sub par, or poorly maintained. This bench checks all the boxes for me. However, after i purchased this bench the night hawk came out and I would’ve probably went with that instead because the 5200 is VERY heavy.
