I hate this thing. Unfortunately, it does exactly what it says it does, and it does it extremely well. It’s sturdy, smooth, quiet, well built, the screen is great, and the classes are actually pretty damn good. I have essentially no legitimate complaint about the bike itself. My complaint is that it’s cardio. I sit on it, pedal, become uncomfortable, and eventually arrive at the exact same geographical location I started from. Horrible concept. Also, screw the monthly membership. The standard Peloton All-Access Membership is currently $44/month in the U.S. I already bought the bike. Why am I now paying rent to the bike? It would probably be 5 stars if the membership wasn't $44/month. It would probably be 6 stars if I wasn't allergic to cardio. Unfortunately, neither of those problems appear to be covered under warranty.

Yeah… it’s a bench. But apparently REP decided a bench also needed to qualify as structural support for a small building. This thing is badass. Heavy as shit, zero wobble, great padding, easy adjustments, and the ZeroGap is a nice feature I actually use. I swear I put this thing basically FULL VERTICAL, locked my legs in, and started doing full vertical sit-ups like an absolute idiot just to see what would happen. Nothing happened. The bench didn’t wobble. Didn’t shift. Didn’t even seem remotely concerned about what I was doing. Wtf. And people complain that it’s heavy? My brother in Christ, THAT'S WHY IT DOESN'T MOVE. You bought a massive steel adjustable bench, not a folding chair from a church basement. You lie on it. It doesn’t move. You go vertical. It still doesn’t move. 5 stars. At this point I’m fairly certain my house would fail structurally before the BlackWing does.

This attachment is absurdly sturdy. Once it’s locked into the bench, there’s basically zero movement or sketchiness. I can put my full weight into Nordic curls and it feels like the attachment has already accepted that one of us is going to break and it won’t be the attachment. The rollers are also way more comfortable than they have any business being. They’re thick, supportive, and don’t feel like you’re wedging your ankles under two pool noodles wrapped around steel pipe. Everything feels premium, overbuilt, and extremely secure. I’ve seen people nitpick the size, setup, positioning, etc., and at this point I’m convinced some of you just wake up looking for adversity. It’s a heavy-duty leg roller attachment. You attach it, adjust it, lock yourself in, and proceed to discover that your hamstrings have been lying about their capabilities for years. 10/10.

This thing is an absolute unit. Built like a tank, zero wobble, zero movement. I’m 200 lbs at 5’11” and it feels completely locked in no matter how hard I push it. What really sets it apart is the range of motion. I can actually get full ROM with weight, which I’ve never been able to do on EliteFTS, Hammer Strength, or anything else I’ve used. Most of those cut you short once you load them, this doesn’t. The setup just makes sense biomechanically. You’re not fighting the pad or positioning, you’re just training. It hits the glutes, lower back, and spinal erectors exactly how a 45° hyper should. If you actually care about building your posterior chain and not just going through the motions, this is on a different level.
