As the person who messages and help build a prototype I would say this is pretty good, but I have my tweaks. Mine is made from thicker steel than the one released. The new ones here improved the feet to be able to get fingers under fully. I would like to see the feet thicker and being able to load more. The lid has rings to hold the pins for strength but they block about 20kg more from fitting.

This is the best GHD for overall use (yes, you can do more than abs and hamstrings on this). Cost is great, adjusts well, and the pads have a good slope. The cons to me are the construction of the wood piece under the pads and the pad being a little too soft. For hamstring purposes the Elitefts is better but hard to adjust and not as great for abs and rotational work. Can't go wrong with this and its common to find used in good shape for 50-70% of retail, sometimes less.

It is nice to have (as a flex, get it) but it is a little overhyped. The issues I have with this bar, other than price and shipping cost, is this bar is the one for most load and when you use a lot of load the internal piece catches so its harder to rotate under the bar to unrack and the wrist position is not as nice. It can also be a pain to load and set spotters as the whip changes over loading. I would also like to see the lines be weightlifting not powerlifting.

I own about 5 different swiss bars and I would say that the rep one is the best all around. Start weight, knurling, bumpers fit nice, grips are common. The handle length can make it harder to balance but elitefts has a bar for that. Again, best overall swiss bar and most used in my gym

Fat bells are awesome! But there are some trade offs with them and the Center Mass Bells. These are labeled like kettlebells, which I prefer, and have better handles. However, the center mass bells are more durable and can be picked up from either side or used to do rotational work and throws. I highly recommend these as they do sit in a unique way that often is my work around if dumbbells are an issue. Similar to kettlebells, I would start with the pairs you use there (for more than just swings).
