Really not a fan of these chain driven assault bikes, have to do way more maintenance and adjust the chain as it stretches, not to mention it's so much louder and more clunky
Use to feel really good but throws my bar path off as I've gotten stronger, it forces more of a straight line bench instead of an up and back. Still a good training tool
