This strap is awesome for ab work and face pulls. It is plenty long so it makes things much more comfortable that the cheap rope pulldown attachments. I'd like it if Spud Inc came out with an exercise directory and some basic instructions for how you can use each of their products but they are all very good, lightweight, heavyduty, and affordable.

These are cheap white labeled dumbbells but they are just fine. I have a few sets of lighter dumbbells to pair with my Powerblocks mostly because my wife doesn't like using Powerblocks all that much. I'm not specifically recommending that you buy Cap brand as they are all basically the same. Shop around and find the best deal.

Rogue does a good job with their bands. I've also heard good things about Elite FTS but I've never used them. What I do recommend is that you're consistent with them from brand to brand. Pick a brand and stick with it. I've also had good luck with SPRI but most of the cheap Amazon alternatives have almost no resistance and they don't return back to their natural length. I like my Rogue bands and if you take care of them, they will last for years!

Comparing this pin to the Rogue loading pin: This pin is a bit shorter This pin is a bit lighter This pin is slightly less substantial. This pin has a slightly small base. Both pins will get the job done. And I prefer both of these pins to the Spud Inc loading pin. This will be fine for most applications.

Comparing this pin to the Titan loading pin. This pin is heavier duty and higher quality. It is a bit taller as well. I prefer this pin to the Titan loading pin and I prefer them both to the Spud Inc loading pin. They will all get the job done but out of those 3: Rogue has the better pin for most applications.

Cerberus makes the best sandbags that I've used. This Ludus Imperium is a good enough bag to handle some light abuse. It is a solid entry level bag that holds up for a while and is cheap enough to not be heartbroken when a stitch pops. I've used Rogue, Ludus Imperium, Revis, and Cerberus. I like the cerberus the most. Ludus is definitely the least solid bag of the bunch but it is also the cheapest.

I like this brush and own 3 of them because I have steel, nylon, and brass versions of it. I like having the metal options for bristles since they are a little more abrasive for dealing with a bit more humid climates. I also own the rescue brush but I like the option to use both. They are good for every gym to own.

Fuck this thing. Hub lifting hurts worse that Horsestall Mat training. Nothing makes you feel less significant than doing a 40# hub lift. I have it for nostalgia now cause I'll be damned if I use it to train anymore.
