They are generic bumper plates. In my opinion, don't just buy these because they say "Rogue". Go with the cheapest option since most bumpers are made in the same factory in China. These aren't an American made product (which is fine). I've had these and Pendlay bumpers for 10-15 years now and everything is fine with them except the inner metal ring is starting to break loose. They still function fine and have held up longer than expected since I've only had a deadlift jack for 2 years...buy bumpers if you need bumpers but don't buy Rogue bumpers unless you need Rogue Competition bumpers...

Pinching stuff is hard. I have a few sizes of these as well as a Sorinex pinch block. They all function the same and the finishes feel the same in the hands. I don't use them often. Typically if I am training pinches I will just grab some bumper plates and hold onto them. They are only necessary if you're training for an actual grip comp. Otherwise, I wouldn't spend the money.

I really like this pullup bar. My basement ceilings are really low so I'd add and subtract this from my rack depending on the exercises. It is a nice little hack to have and maybe takes 20 seconds to set into place. It feels sturdy and the powder coat is nice. I no longer use it because I upgraded again to the socket ez curl bar pullup bar.

It is a bit hard to load compared to the metal versions but it is a nice small version of it so I can tuck it away when I'm not using it. The black version of this is nice and more subtle looking. I usually use this for grip training (lighter stuff) not heavy dinnie stone training. If you're looking for a loading pin, this is a loading pin. I like supporting Spud Inc as it is a pretty sweet company.

I do use these on my rack because they are quick and easy to move around. The plastic is real hard so the bars don't dig in much. They are fine to have and use but sandwich j cups are a nicer option. If they come with your rack, use them. If you're done upgrading everything else, upgrade these.

Rogue makes nice sandbags for the cost. If it is a 5 for $5 deal for free shipping I'd definitely recommend trying it. They are good bags with good stitching, velcro, straps, and zippers. They are not as good as Cerberus though. I've used Rogue, Ludus Imperium, Revis, and Cerberus. I like the Cerberus the most. I'd say that these rank below Cerberus but above the other listed options. If you don't have any sandbags, I'd say start with one of these and give it a try!

I bought the single version of this product. I love landmine training for its versatility. It is a bit like kettlebell training. I go through phases where I use them a lot and phases where I forget that I own them. It is a relatively cheap piece that adds a lot of variation to your training. I'm not in love with the weird mounting system and I don't love that there is not barbell sleeve protection. I'm not sure I'd recommend going with Rogue's version of this as there are cheaper or better options out there. But I do recommend owning a landmine.

I actually bought the ez curl style pullup bar and it is sooooooooo worth buying. I love weighted pullups and I prefer chin-ups but I was finding that a straight bar wasn't feeling great on my wrists. This was such a convenience and comfort upgrade I think my entire gym improved just with the ability to do the exercises that I prefer to do. The thing is solid and the knurling is comfortable and somewhat passive like an Ohio bar. I highly recommend it as an upgrade but it is obviously not a necessity.
