This does hold dumbbells. I had to alter the base of my quickdraws to hold them. The weight horns on the bottom are nice. The max I have put on is 100lbs on one horn.

My entire basement floor is covered with these incredible mats. I have them for deficits and as an insert for my XL drink spotter. Incredibly customizable its all up to your creativity.

Great jump rope I have 3 they move well and re doing the grips is not too difficult.

Won this in a contest its a great conversation piece and a fun little challenge. It mostly collects dust but, it is definitely a mug and definitely heavy.

I had a C2 and switched to the Echo almost strictly because of the foldability. Its built well and is works well on both long rows and sprints. I love the speed you can go from folded to extended. My only gripe is the small piece that holds the seat when folded doesn't seem to hold up long term.

I have had these for about 7 years they have help up well just be carful on storage the “dent” easily. Over all great plates. I got them used off a friend so the pricing was great.

Great dumbbells it would be nice if the weight could go higher but love these.

As a flat bench it does exactly what the name says. Its solid and built well. It would be nice if it stood off the pad and had wheels but, it is a great bench and has served me well for years
